Renovation of a medical facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Spa at Eskenazi Health is a project consisting of a single phased interior renovation of a previous bank suite in the Fifth Third Bank Building on Eskenazi Health's main campus. Architectural and Interior finish work includes, but is not limited to selective interior demolition, new interior finishes, casework, flooring, and ceilings. The MEPT scope of work includes selective demolition, new HVAC components, electrical, lighting and fire alarm replacements, low voltage, under slab plumbing and new plumbing fixtures. Bids must be accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to Eskenazi Health, in the amount of 5% of the Bidder's total bid and delivered in a sealed envelope showing the Bidder's name and address as specified in the bid instructions. All questions on this project shall be sent to Brent Fraker, brent.fraker@eskenazihealth.edu Minority, Women, Veteran, and Disability-owned businesses are encouraged to participate in this project.
