Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fairbury, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work shall include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required for the construction of: Sta. 689+70 Build 1-80'-0" Simple Span Prestressed Concrete NU900 Girder Bridge. 28' Clear Roadway. Build Concrete Pavement Approach Slabs. Build Concrete Pavement. Special Plan 1 & 1C. Each bidder will be required to submit with his proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the County Treasurer of Jefferson County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of their proposal. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall furnish within ten (10) days after the award a surety bond or bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. The form of the bonds and surety shall be acceptable to the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners. The bidder will include an estimated time of beginning and completion for the project with the proposal. The Contractor will be allowed 130 calendar days for the completion of the site. The required completion date of the project is November 13, 2026. The Jefferson Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to pass upon the regularity, and to waive any irregularities. Awarding of the Contract will be in accordance with the provisions of "Competitive Bidding; Consideration", COUNTY PURCHASING ACT, N.R.S. Sections 23-3101 through 23-3114, any competitive bidding requirements of Nebraska Statutes 16-321, et. seq.
