Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Woodstock First Nation, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes the supply and installation of approximately 300 square metres of concrete sidewalk, 475 metres of concrete curb and gutter, 5 metres of 300mm storm sewer, 30 metres of 250mm storm sewer, 10 metres of 200mm storm sewer, as well as any associated appurtenances, and reinstatement of the roadway, driveways, landscaping and base asphalt concrete on Houlton Street in the Town of Woodstock.
