Shokan Wastewater Management Program - Boiceville WWTP Conversion and Commercial Water Meter Phases of the Shokan Sewer District Project Contract No. 7A - Boiceville WWTP Conversion Base Bid - the work of Contract 7A includes a 360 SF building addition at the existing WWTP, a 324 SF concrete loading dock and a cast-in-place concrete wet well; a duplex pump system consisting of two (2) 60 hp pumps, pumping controls, and related instrumentation; a chemical feed odor control system; headworks improvements including a replacement sewage grinder; force main piping with precast concrete air-release and cleanout vault; and all associated process piping work to accommodate the new facilities and equipment. The work of Contract No. 7A also includes Phase 2 modifications at the existing SBR treatment tanks and Phase 3 decommissioning work for select equipment at the existing WWTP. The work of Contract No. 7A also includes selective demolition for Phases 1-3 and all restoration associated with the work. The work of Contract 7A may also include the following alternates: Deductive Alternate 7A.1 for Cost Reduction for Substitute Pumping Equipment.
