The City of Tempe is inviting your firm to submit a Statement of Qualifications for providing Construction Manager at Risk services for Wellhead Treatment - Well 10. You MUST register as an RFQ holder to submit your Statement of Qualifications. Please direct any questions no later than October 7, 2025, by 4:00 p.m., Arizona time Questions pertaining to this selection process or contract issues should be directed to contractor_support@tempe.gov Please send all queries in writing. "Due to the sensitive nature of our critical infrastructure, we will not share information pertaining to as-builts, quarter sections or reports related to as-builts/quarter sections during the procurement process unless specifically outlined in the Request for Qualifications. This information will be provided to the successful awardee for the project." The total project is currently estimated to cost approximately $7- $8 million for design and construction. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
