Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Courtenay, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Project generally consists of upgrade the makeup air units serving the Wood Working, Automotive Shop and Metal Work, that includes demolition of the existing rooftop makeup air units, infill of some existing windows for new louvers and new gas from the existing gas meter to the roof. The electrical and controls scope of work will be by a separate contract with SD71. The MAU's and roof curbs have been pre purchased for delivery by SD71. This mechanical contractor shall fully coordinate their work with SD71 and its electrical and controls work. All work is to be completed outside of school hours. Contractors working hours to include evenings, nights, weekends, and academic holidays.
