The City reserves the right to award a contract in parts, per lot, per item, per task or for the entire project, to award to multiple Contractors/Firms, to waive any irregularities, and to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids which it deems to best serve the interest of the City. In addition, contracts will be awarded pending City Council budget approval.
