Renovation of a mixed-use development in Valhalla, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,825-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

Fitness Room Addition at HS, New Stadium Toilet Facility. REVplans takes no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of Bidding Documents obtained from other sources. Obtaining Bidding Documents through REVplans enables a prospective bidder to be identified as a registered online. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a certified check payable to Valhalla Union Free School District or by a Bid Bond for a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. All bid security, except those of the three low bidders for each prime contract will be returned within four days after proposals are submitted. The bid security provided by the three low bidders for each prime contract will be returned after execution of the Contract(s). The Owner will not open or consider any proposal delivered after the bid opening date and time. Bidders are solely responsible for the arrival of each bid proposal at the place of bid opening by the appointed time, regardless of the means of delivery. Event Bid description: Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope distinctly marked on the outside as follows: Owner Project Contract Number & Construction Type Name of Bidder Marked "SEALED BID". Doc note: All bidders are urged to register to ensure receipt of all necessary information, including Bid Addenda. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Owner reserves the right to reject bids that contain omissions, exceptions, or modifications, or in their sole discretion to waive such irregularities, or to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid which is in the best interest of the Owner. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate. Work in Existing Buildings: Existing conditions are shown on the drawings to the best knowledge of the Architect. The Architect, however, cannot guarantee the correctness of the existing conditions shown and assumes no responsibility therefore. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to verify all existing conditions.
