Local Time, October 22, 2025. The proposals will be opened and acknowledged at 10:00 A.M., Local Time, October 22, 2025. Generally, the Commissioners Court selection will be made within 30 days. Interested parties are invited to attend the proposal acknowledgment and the Commissioners Court meeting.
