TIMELINE: The architectural professional consultant awarded following the solicitation MM.SP25-05/20096021 has submitted to the owner a prepared conceptual design file of the project for no-parking option. Submitted documents are under review. In case of the project confirmation and approvals the owner expects to issue a RFP for design of this facility. Scope of work, final budget and timelines of further project development are not finalized at this time. Further update in summer/fall 2026.
