PRE-K CENTER #2 A new Pre-Kindergarten campus is planned for the South side and would be similar in design to the Early Excellence Academy (1440 Keefer Rd.) that opened in 2023 to serve North side students. This school would serve Tomball ISD's youngest learners and allow the District to expand its early childhood programs to an additional 500 students. NEW TOMBALL INTERMEDIATE The current facility is 64 years old and its location on a busy road (Main St.) is not designed for today's enrollment and traffic. The new Tomball Intermediate would be built on a new site and the existing building would be repurposed for Special Programs. ELEMENTARY #13 LAND & SITE ONLY Planning for continued and future growth. Construction of ES #13 would be included in a future bond program. The purchase of land and site development will allow Tomball ISD to prepare for the campus now without incurring the construction debt until later when growth warrants an additional school. This project is part of the school district’s bond that passed. As of March 27, 2026, it is currently unknown if an architect, construction manager, and general contractor have been contracted with the school district.
