Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Corry, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Work Covered by the Contract Documents Shall Include the Following: This Project Consists of Installation of Heating and Cooling Systems Within Community Room, Game Room & Entry, and Gymnasium and Demolition of the Existing Ductwork in These Facilities at the City of Corry Community Center. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by Proposal Security in the Form of a Certified Check or a Bid Bond in the Amount Equal to Not Less Than Ten (10%) Percent of the Total Base Bid Price in Accordance With Provisions Contained in the "Instruction for Bidders" Section of the Specifications. Proposal Security Shall Be Made Payable to the Corry Community Center.
