SECTION I: Project Background In the main gym, full replacement is needed for two banks of bleachers. Home side of gym: 10-12 rows tall approximately 100 long. Visitors Side of gym: Install one bank 7-8 rows tall approximately 80 long. Work to be completed with minimal gym down time. The contractor is required to collaborate with onsite staff to ensure that operations remain uninterrupted. Work is to be completed over Winter Break or Summer Break as fabrication times allow and as coordinated with school staff. Installation during the school year will is NOT an option unless otherwise approved. Bleachers to be completed no later than July 1, 2026.
