The City is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) for HVAC Services from one HVAC company best suited to evaluate current duct and electrical work for air handler units at the City Hall Building. The scope of work includes relocating one air handler, and removing and replacing two air handlers and associated condensers with one larger unit. Bidders must provide submittals in a sealed envelope containing one original, six copies, and one electronic copy on a flash drive (PDF format preferred), delivered to the General Services Department, clearly marked as specified. Facsimile or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Submission received after the deadline will not be considered. Questions regarding specifications must be submitted in writing to the designated City official by the stated deadline. The selected company must comply with all requirements of the City Code and relevant statutory requirements. The City reserves the right to accept, reject, or waive any proposals or technical errors, and award the contract in the best interest of the City, with no obligation to pay any costs incurred for proposal preparation or mailing.
