This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the "Town") to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2025-46-T-OPS for the provision of Asphalt Shingle Recycling , as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars. The Blue Mountains (Town) is seeking one qualified and experienced Contractor for the provision of all labour and equipment necessary to transport, process and recycle an estimated 100 tonnes of asphalt shingles per year from the Town's Landfill and Recycling depot, located at 788090 Grey Road 13, Clarksburg, ON. The Town has the goal to divert this material type from landfill; a recycling process is required.
