Sealed bids are invited for furnishing all tools, materials, labor, and performing the necessary work for the installation of approximately 600 linear feet of 4" Restrained Water Line, 500 linear feet of 6" Restrained Water Line, 900 linear feet of 3" SDR-21 PVC Water Line, 30,000 linear feet of 6" SDR-21 PVC Water Line, and other appurtenances for a water line relocation project. Bidders are required to inspect and study the site conditions. Each bid must include an acceptable statement of qualifications and a bid guaranty equal to at least five percent of the bid amount by bid bond or cashier's check, subject to conditions in the instructions to bidders. Bids must be submitted using the official bid sheets provided in the specifications, remain attached to the contract documents, and be sealed, addressing the designated recipient and noting project and contractor details on the envelope. Bidders must hold a valid contractor's license under relevant state law. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and delay contract award as stipulated. Question Deadline 10/13/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents.
