The Project consists generally of the following major items: o Installation of approximately 12,133 LF of 60-inch gravity sewer and appurtenances o Two trenchless installations of 60-inch gravity sewer utilizing microtunneling methods o Installation of approximately 270 LF of 20-inch gravity sewer and appurtenances o Installation of approximately 155 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer and appurtenances o Installation of gravity sewer across the Neuse River by open cut Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. Substantial Completion: 540 days from when the Contract Times commence to run. Final Completion: 600 days from when the Contract Times commence to run.
