Project Description On August 27, 2025, The Awarding Authority received approval from the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) on their Schematic Design submission for a new district wide grades PreK - 2, Elementary School project. The project consists of a new two-story 97,232 square foot elementary school building located on approximately 32 acres at 35 Shaker Lane Littleton MA adjacent to the existing Shaker Lane Elementary School. The existing Shaker Lane School which serves grades Pre-K - 2 must remain fully operational throughout the entire construction phase. There is no work scheduled to take place within the existing Shaker Lane School however, there will be sitework and landscape improvements around the existing Shaker Lane School associated with this project. The project also includes replacement of the Upper Baseball/Athletic Fields to be relocated at the existing Shaker Lane School location once the existing school is demolished. The project will also include demolition of the existing Shaker Lane School. 1.
