Trail Grading: Re-grade the existing 8-foot-wide trail to ensure proper drainage throughout its length. B. Drainage Structures: Clean and clear four (4) existing drainage structures of all debris and obstructions. C. Erosion Control: Install a 24-inch border ring of rip rap stone around culvert outlets to prevent sediment buildup and improve erosion control. D. Ditching Improvements: Trench and improve existing drainage ditches along the entire 1.6-mile trail. E. Surface Restoration: Apply and compact 2 inches of trail mix (combination of mini slate and fine material) to restore trail surface consistency and usability. F. Rolling Closure Method: Implement a rolling closure approach to construction to maintain public accessibility to portions of the trail during the project. G.
