The City of Scottsdale is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and complete construction phase services for the City of Scottsdale's Fire Station 601 Ambulance Annex project. The City is seeking a licensed contractor with background and experience constructing successful fire station facilities. The CMAR shall understand the special concerns of fire station facilities and related off-site improvements.
