Description

Remodeling of a transportation facility in Everett, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade transportation facility.

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority seeks a Contractor to supply and install a rotary screw air compressor, air-cooled, oil-injected type, with a vertical receiver tank and a refrigerated air dryer, which will serve four Diesel Particulate Filter machines at the MBTA Everett Maintenance Facility. Bidders are required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations, DBE Laws and Regulations, Buy America (U.S. Content), and other relevant regulations. Bidders must also certify that they are not on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided and/or stipulated in the Request for Proposal (RFP#166-25). The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof.
