The Board wishes to prequalify up to eight (8) Contractors for HVAC projects (which may include, but not be limited to, heating & cooling units, boilers, roof top units, heat pumps with related electrical) throughout the Board's jurisdiction on an "as required basis" subject to the conditions herein. Tenders for these projects will be issued to those Contractors prequalified through this process and will range in values from $50,000 to $1,000,000. The term of this prequalification is effective (on or about) January 1, 2026 for a three (3) year period. The following list of Contractors have been prequalified pursuant to the above noted prequalification process: - Ainsworth Inc. - BAS Mechanical Inc - Black & McDonald Limited - Brantworth Mechanical -Mattina Mechanical Limited - Mechfield Canada Inc. - Superior Boiler Works & Welding Ltd. - Velocity Mechanical Inc. The term of this prequalification is for a three (3) year period effective January 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2028. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
