Site work for a water / sewer project in Dayton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Regrade and stabilize approximately 755 LF of existing roadside ditch. Remove and replace approximately 325 SY of existing asphalt pavement and base with 2" asphalt surface, 12" crushed aggregate flexible base, and 8" lime stabilized subgrade Install approximately25 CY of riprap The Owner's Budget for the Project is $310,000. The Project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation on or before December 19, 2025. The Project is to be complete and eligible for final payment 30 days after the date for Substantial Completion. Questions are to be submitted using the question and answer process on the procurement website. Responses to questions posted on the procurement website will be posted for the benefit of all Offerors. A response will be posted for questions submitted until 12:00 p.m. on October 7th,2025. The Bid Security must be payable to Liberty County Water Control & Improvement District # 1 in the amount of 5 percent of the proposed Contract Price.
