Site work for a water / sewer project in Fairhope, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Furnish all labor and materials and perform all work required for the Pecan Avenue Watershed Drainage Improvements-Phase 1. The project consists of the removal and replacement of Pecan Street's outfall storm water pipe network, including 416 linear feet of 66-inch RCP, associated drainage structures, pavement removal or replacement, and installation of 840 vertical square feet of timber bulkhead. All work must be coordinated with a separate beachfront restoration project. Contractors must provide all material, equipment, labor, incidentals, overhead, and profit. All bids must be submitted using blank bid forms provided in the bid documents. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed, opaque envelope, clearly identified on the outside as a "Sealed Bid" with the item name, bid number, City of Fairhope's name and address, and contractor's name and address. Each bid must be in a separate envelope, and bids made out in pencil will not be accepted. Failure to follow these instructions may result in rejection of the bid. Only qualified contractors who comply with relevant laws and licensing requirements may bid. The city reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or any portion thereof, waive informalities, and make contract changes as needed.
