Site work for a civil project in Sainte-Therese, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of a wastewater retention basin at the main pumping station. The scope of work includes the construction of a 5,500 m3 retention basin, a new relief station, replacement of the existing generator by a new one powering the entire station, installation of a valve at the station outlet. TIMELINE: Following the request for proposals RIAESTB 2025-001-P/20099011 the owner has awarded a civil engineering professional consulting firms for the preparation of the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual design are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in early 2026. Working drawings are anticipated in summer 2026. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling a tender for the general contractor will be issued in early/mid-fall of the same year.
