Funding for this project is provided by South Whitehall Township local funds and by grant funds award to the Township by the Commonwealth of PA Local Share Account Grant contract #C000094124. All work provided by the contractor awarded will be in compliance with the grant requirements included in the bid specifications. This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the prevailing wage rates are incorporated in the bid documents.
