This project will include the selective demolition of the existing structure and replaced with a precast concrete beam bridge which also includes associated roadway and drainage improvements. This work is the furnishing, installing, inspecting, maintaining, relocating and removal of traffic control devices as shown on the Traffic Control Plan including temporary signing and all materials as shown on the Detour Plan. This work may include flagging and pilot car operation for guidance of traffic through the temporary traffic control zone and dust control. All work shall be done as specified in PennDOT Publication 408 - Specifications, PennDOT Publication 212 - Official Traffic Control Devices, PennDOT Publication 213 - Temporary Traffic Control Guidelines, the MUTCD, the special Provisions, PennDOT Standard Drawings, the approved Traffic Control Plans (TCP), and as directed. Also included in this work are all necessary traffic permits and procedures for proper transportation of all materials (including precast concrete units) to and from the project site PA Prevailing Wages will apply to this project.
