Bid Package 2 consists of miscellaneous general construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing renovations and upgrades at Hillside Elementary School (HES), New Eagle Elementary School (NEES), Valley Forge Middle School (VFMS), Conestoga High School (CHS), Network Operations Center (NOC), West Valley Administration Building (WVAB), and Maintenance Building (MB). The work includes accessible lift replacements at HES and NEES; cafeteria floor finish replacement with terrazzo at VFMS; FCS kitchen classroom renovations at CHS; auditorium seating upgrades at VFMS; theatrical lighting upgrades at VFMS; and exterior façade repairs at CHS, WVAB, and MB. Bids must be submitted electronically via the PennBid website before 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 22, 2025. Each proposal must include a proposal guaranty equal to 10% of the bid amount in the specified form (certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or bid bond) with satisfactory corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania.
