Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Surrey, British Columbia. Design plans call for the construction of a 1,632,672-square-foot, 44-story above grade, 1,814-unit multi-residential development; and six-story below grade, 1,814-space parking garage.
Construction of a mixed-use phased development consisting of two high rise mixed-use towers and two residential high rise towers (40, 40, 44 and 44 storeys). TIMELINE: Preliminary design is underway. Application seeking municipal approval is in process at the city. A public hearing is anticipated to be held on October 20, 2025. All other timelines and consulting engineers information are unavailable at this time and may be confirmed, pending permitting. Further update in spring 2026. Construction budget is unreleased.
