Contractor shall provide annual software license renewals, updates, and onsite technical support for the C-Cure 9000 and Lynx systems at the Phoenix VA Health Care System (PVAHCS) and its associated community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCs). Services include maintenance of the C-Cure 9000 system (Serial Number: 9-10449 Version 3.00.4 CU02 Build 4304.304) and integration with the Lynx system (Account #701553), as well as support for HID systems. The contractor must ensure all software updates are properly installed and functioning, and provide a 24/7 telephone support line. Onsite support must be available within 24 hours of notification, and remote access to the VA network is strictly prohibited. The contract includes multiple Software Service Agreements (SSAs) such as CC9000-RP-SSA1, CC9000-LIH-S, PVC-CM-SSA, PVCP-D/S-SSA, 995-LYNXE-SSA-1, and an annual onsite service agreement for 96 hours of technical support per year. All software must meet or exceed original manufacturer specifications and be approved by VA Police and IT departments. Repairs must be confirmed by VA Maintenance & Operations, Police Services, and IT personnel during regular hours. Contractor personnel must be identifiable and follow check-in procedures, including receiving temporary badges and signing in. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary tools and equipment for software installation, calibration, and repair. Over-and-above repairs or new installations may be requested at the VA's discretion. Only factory-certified technicians may perform software support. Sensitive data must be purged from equipment prior to maintenance, and all work must comply with federal information security and privacy regulations. Contractor personnel accessing VA facilities for more than two consecutive days must complete VA privacy training. Invoices must be submitted electronically via the Tungsten Network system and include detailed service information. Final payment will be processed upon receipt of all required documentation and acceptance by the Contracting Officer Representative. All questions are due NLT Sep 29, 2025, at 14:00 MST
