Specifications for this bid will be available online beginning September 25, 2025. The preferred method to access the specifications is to visit the Municipal Market via the Brookhaven, NY (brookhavenny.gov) website, follow the link for Bids, and follow instructions to register and download the document. Questions must be submitted in writing via email to the listed address. The Town reserves the right to reject or declare invalid any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, in the best interests of the Town. Minorities, women-owned businesses, and HUD Section 3 businesses are welcomed and encouraged to participate in the bidding process.
