Reference Number 0000398075 Prequalification Requirement is Demolition Class "A". - Demolition of South Colfax Tank and Site Preparation To bid on this Contract, the Bidder must be prequalified by the City of Oklahoma City's Prequalification Review Board on the Bid Date and Bid Time as: Demolition Class "A." In addition, any work for which a prequalification classification has been established, must be performed by persons or entities prequalified in those classifications. Buyer Requires E-Bonding - Bid Bond 5 % Bid Security in the form of a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid as defined in the Bidding Documents must accompany the bid. The Maintenance Bond shall be in favor of the Awarding Public Agency and shall be for a period of Two (2) years in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
