Tarrant County is seeking bids for an Annual Contract for Locksmith Services and Supplies. The award of the contract will go to the lowest overall total bid that meets all specifications. Bidders must submit pricing for every line item, and the award will be on an All or None basis. The initial term of the contract is from the date of award or notice to proceed through July 10, 2026. The contract may be renewed for two additional twelve-month periods at Tarrant County’s option and with the vendor’s approval. Prices must remain firm for the entire contract. If the contract is renewed, vendors must update and submit required documents by thirty calendar days before the option period commences. If required documents are not submitted in time, Tarrant County may rescind its option or seek a new solicitation.
