The purpose of this RFP is to select professional, qualified and experienced firms to provide Demolition and Hazardous Materials Abatement Services at 628 Shaw Avenue. The City of Coquitlam requires hazardous abatement and demolition services to remove the existing buildings, one (1) outbuildings and de-commissioned in-ground swimming pool. The abatement services to be performed as per Appendix A. Erosion Sediment Control (ESC) measures to be in place before demolition. Contractor is to maintain all ESC measures put in place including all dirt and debris on road to be cleaned.
