Scope of Work The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified contractors to do business on an on-call basis to provide plumbing services on private property associated with the Water Main Replacement Program including relocating private water services. Up to two contractors may be selected for this Job Order Contract based on the City's workload. A Small Business Enterprise goal of 7% has been established for this project. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre-submittal meeting must be directed to the Contracts Specialist. Questions pertaining to process or contract issues should be submitted online
