Reference Number 0000303516 Question Acceptance Deadline Oct 03, 2025 02:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum Replacement of existing cooling tower, including associated piping and components, and electrical connections as required to match the existing chiller with a closed basin and equipped with VFDs. The project is based on Option 3 identified in Appendix-D4 - BGIS completed Cooling System Study and Building Condition Report GOC4747710. Control system should be updated as required to be compatible with new cooling tower. The consultant shall conduct a comprehensive site investigation and design to comply with all applicable codes and regulation. Target Project Completion Date February 26, 2027. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
