Site work for a road / highway in Haines, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Construct riprap revetment along approximately 1,000 linear feet of the Chilkat River from Haines Highway Milepoint 9.125 to Milepoint 9.250. The Engineers Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000 All work shall be substantially completed by March 31, 2026. To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid. The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract A bidder requesting assistance in viewing the project site must make arrangements at least 48 hours in advance.
