Site work for a water / sewer project in Breton Township, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
As of November 19, 2025, project is awarded to Geeding in the amount of $1,076,162.22. The project includes the installation of approximately 6,000 feet of 6-inch steel gas main along with the following appurtenances: 6-inch main tie-ins, 6-inch emergency valve, test stations, and pipeline markers. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or acceptable form of proposal guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal, payable to the order of the City of Potosi, MO, or a bid bond as a guaranty that if the proposal is accepted, the bidder will execute the contract and file acceptable performance and payment bonds within ten days after the award of the contract. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty days following the opening of bids. Bidders are required to attend and participate in a pre-bid conference with representatives of the Owner and Engineer present to discuss the project. Contract documents in electronic format (.pdf files) may be obtained by qualified contractors upon application and payment of $100.00 to the office of USDI. If a full paper set of drawings is required, submit $200.00.
