The renovation will be executed in two distinct phases at an active and occupied police facility. Phase 1 will involve interior renovations, followed by Phase 2, which will address associated exterior upgrades. The project is intended to bring the facility into compliance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC), the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and the City of Mississauga's Facility Accessibility Design Standards (FADS), while also achieving aesthetic improvement to the building's public-facing areas.
