The Western Virginia Water Authority (Authority) will receive sealed Bids for the Mount Pleasant Water Storage Tank Exterior Overcoat at the Roanoke Regional WPCP, 1502 Brownlee Ave. SE, Roanoke, Virginia, 24019 Minority Owned Businesses (MBEs) and Women Owned Businesses (WBEs) are encouraged to respond. Code of Virginia 2.2-4303: In cases where bids or proposals are submitted electronically, the local public body may also require a certain number of paper submissions for review purposes. Bidders are referred to the Code of Virginia 54.1-1100 et seq. for contractor requirements. Bidders shall provide evidence of authorization to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia by providing the identification number issued to Bidder by the State Corporation Commission in accordance with the Code of Virginia 2.2-4311.2, Title 13.1, Title 50, or as otherwise required by law.
