Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Midlothian, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work will include site clearing, earthwork operations, asphalt path, concrete walks, underground drainage, playground installation, fencing, pickleball courts installation, fitness equipment installation, site furnishings, and seeding operations. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashiers Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to Midlothian Park District.
