Illinois Valley Economic Development Corporation (IVEDC) will be accepting proposals from qualified contractors interested in contracting with the Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program during the period of October 1,2025 through September 30,2026. The purpose for this meeting is to explain the Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program and to distribute procurement packets and pre-qualification application. Attendance at the meeting is MANDATORY for consideration as weatherization contractor.
