Residential Curbside Recycling Collection Services The Township of Monticello is Accepting Proposals From Qualified and Experienced Companies for a Contract for Organized Residential Curbside Recycling Collection Services. The Contract is for the Collection, Transport, and Processing of Recyclable Materials From All Residences Within The Township Borders, Preferably Under a Multi-year Contract. Companies Must Demonstrate a Record of Reliable Service, a Commitment to Recycling Collection Standards, and Ability to Comply With Local, State And Federal Regulations. Scope of Services Includes (but Not Limited to): Collection of Co-mingled Recyclable Materials Provision and Maintenance of Recycling Containers Transportation to a Designated Materials Recovery Facility (Mrf) Reliable Customer Service With Residents and Township Contact Provision of Education and Outreach for Township Residents Submission Requirements: Must Submit Proposal Following the Format Outlined in the Rfp Document. Bidders Must Show They Are Adequately Licensed, Bonded, and Insured
