Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
As of November 21, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded in December. Grandview Park Restroom Facility Project Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, or Cashier's Check upon any solvent Bank or Trust Company, payable without reserve to the City of Muskogee, Oklahoma, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid security of the two low bidders will be retained until approval of contract and execution of satisfactory bonds by the successful bidder, or until other disposition on the bids is made. The bonds required will be a Performance Bond, a Payment Bond, each in the full amount of the contract. The City will not accept letters of credit in lieu of any bond required herein. The City of Muskogee reserves the right to evaluate bids, to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in any bid.
