New Pedestrian Bridge for the Reis Run Road All bids shall be submitted on Proposal forms furnished by The Authority. A Bidders Bond or Certified Check in the favor of the West View Water Authority shall accompany each Proposal, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Proposal, as evidence the Bidder will accept and carry out the conditions of the contract in case of an award.
