Construction work to upgrade wastewater treatment system to increase a treatment capacity of aerated ponds. TIMELINE: Request for proposals # 54820TT for an equipment pre-purchase is underway, closing on June 12, 2026. Reference # 20142226. After the equipment contract is in place, the supplier is granted a period of nine (9) months to manufacture the equipment and accessories and to deliver them to the site. The supplier is responsible for coordinating the manufacturing and delivery schedule. 75% of design is to be completed by mid-August, 2026. 90% of design is to be completed by early December, 2026. Tender call is anticipated in May, 2027. Further update in summer, 2026.
