Scope: The purpose of this solicitation for Wildlight WTP - Well Drilling No. 1 and No. 2 (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide Well No. 1 and Well No. 2 shall be drilled into the Floridan aquifer containing fresh water under pressure. Clear the Well No. 1 and 2 site (clearing, stripping, grubbing and disposal). Stabilization, clearing, grubbing, and maintenance of existing road. Temporary gate to secure the well site, as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship. Pre-Bid Meeting Those planning to attend via Microsoft Teams should send contact information to: mcdomv@jea.com , 48 hours prior to the Pre-Response Meeting to have contact information documented. Question Deadline 10/21/2025 All Questions must be submitted in writing to the JEA Buyer listed herein at least five business days prior to the opening date. Questions received within five business days prior to the opening date may not be answered. The specific JSEB participation requirement for the Scope of Work described in this Solicitation is: 5%
