432 Highland Ave a 600 Sq ft apartment unit built in 1952. The unit is a 1-bedroom 1-bath unit. The unit had major flood damage that has already been Demoed. The unit will need to be stripped of any Plumbing fixtures, lighting, and remaining flooring. The Housing Authority of Kansas City will be contracting to complete repairs including General Rehab of the interior of the residence to bring this unit back online as quickly as possible. This scope is to be governed by, and all installations applied according to the 2018 IRC, IBC, and or local building codes as required.
