We are requesting subcontractor proposals for the Okaloosa County School District Construction Package 12J - consisting of major renovations at Ruckel Middle School (201 Partin Dr N, Niceville, FL) and Plew Elementary School (220 Pine Ave, Niceville, FL) Bid Due Date: October 14, 2025 Start Construction: October 20, 2025 | Substantial Completion: June 30, 2026 Project Overview: Ruckel Middle School: Renovation of the Cafeteria/Kitchen Building into a new Classroom and Band Room, with supporting offices, storage rooms, and a Music Library. Includes finish upgrades, new HVAC systems, and conversion of the existing Band Room into a Chorus Room. Plew Elementary School: Renovation of the Cafeteria/Kitchen Building into four (4) classrooms with gang restrooms and offices, complete with new finishes and HVAC systems.
