Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Beechwood Road Culvert Extension," signed by a company official, and delivered by mail or hand to the Finance Office at the specified address. State contract compliance requirements apply, including set-aside requirements for Small Business Enterprises and Minority-, Women-, and/or Disabled-owned businesses, with specific percentage goals. Contractors must demonstrate a good faith effort to meet the set-aside goals. Proposals are due no later than October 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Bid Documents are available digitally only from specified sources. Addenda will be posted on the Town's website and CT DAS contracting portal, and firms are responsible for checking for updates. The Town reserves the right to waive defects, formalities, or irregularities, to reject any or all proposals, to accept or reject any part of any proposal, to retain proposals, and to use any ideas presented.
